We are home, safe and sound and I am happy to say that Nolan traveled very well (better then me, in fact.) He loves buses and shuttle trains and was a model plane passenger. I saw a look of worry on our neighbors as we boarded the plane with our bouncing baby boy, but they soon realized that he is far too advanced to be a screaming mess on our flight. Nolan even earned his first pair of wings, not from a flight attendant, but from a fellow passenger. THAT is a compliment! A full re-cap of our Florida trip will come when I get the photos that we took on Mema's camera. Let me just say that he does not like the taste of sand, but loves chocolate cream filled doughnuts...Wednesday, June 25, 2008
Off to Florida
Every chance Nolan gets, he plays with the dogs bones and toys. Bella is such a good girl, she lets him!We are off to Florida tomorrow. Stay tuned for some beach-bound baby photos!

Nolan's 9 month check up was yesterday, he is 20 lbs 4 oz. and 28 inches long (50th percentile for both!.) He got one shot and did not even cry!Monday, June 9, 2008

Nolan's first trip to the Baltimore Museum of Art
We got some funny looks and some eye rolls as I pushed Nolan's stroller into the museum today, but I must say he was a model patron (as I knew he would be.) He loved Rodin's The Thinker and seemed partial to contemporary art. Most of all, he enjoyed the acoustics of the big open spaces.

Nolan loves Mema and cream filled doughnuts!

Yummy! Thanks, Coryn and Mema!

This is pretty much what sitting up practice is at our house. Nolan sits nicely for about 5 minutes then remembers how much fun it is to throw himself backwards.
